the big issue here is that PCS could not get a small loan from a reputable bank.
that should worry all of us...

Thanks for posting the information about the lawsuit! Now the rest of us can sweat out the pre-orders we paid in full with PCS and hope they communicate with their customers and dance the legal dance in the process. Just great.
