Green Lantern omnibus volume 3 - No spoilers please :)
I have GL Geoff Johns omnibus volume 1 + 2. I actually have yet to read those two books but intend to soon so please no spoilers. I'd just like to know if it's worth getting the 3rd omnibus. Omnibus vols 1+2 collect quite a few issues. Does this title get better or worse with time? Is the 3rd volume worth getting?
The book collects:
GREEN LANTERN #53-60, LARFLEEZE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL #1, GREEN LANTERN (2011) #1-20, GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #1, GREEN LANTERN CORPS #58-60, and GREEN LANTERN: EMERALD WARRIORS #8-10.

Yes, I would get it, as I think that is up to the end of Johns' run. Strange that it seems to be missing the "War of the Green Lanterns" arc, though...

I don't have one single DC Omnibus.
Alot of people bash them for being very tight and have gutter loss.
I don't know wich ones are good to buy.

A number of the Marvel omnibi had issues too, i.e., binding breaking/cracking. It's a real challenge to keep these heavy set books together.

I did not know that.
I have had no issues with any of my Marvel Omnibuses.
Maybe because I did not buy any oft he first editions?
The binding on the Green Lantern Omnibus vol 1 and 2 can you vouch for them?

Only just opened the GL v1. Looks good so far but the real test is when I'm 3/4s of the way through

If it's GL by Johns then it's a must.

Personally, after Blackest Night, I felt this series went downhill fast. I read them all, too. I have the HC collections and not the omnibuses, so don't know where Blackest Night happens in these books.
