I was "processing" for the Ex for four months before I gave up and cancelled because Sideshow never shipped me one. I went back on waitlist soon after but he won't convert. Kind of miffed I missed out due to the shipping fiasco. SS Superman is an amazing pf but so much messed up with shipping and I have no idea why.

I don't understand it either. The first excuse they gave when all this started, which I'm sure was bull----, was a customs problem. Yet all other statues after Superman (even bigger and heavier than Supes) are being shipped and received without any issues. WTF?

I'm stil waiting in my ex. Saw a reg in my lcs also. To be honest I was underwhelmed. I always use my wife as a gauge for how good a statue is, and she didn't like it. The stitching in the seams are too big IMHO. The sculpted parts look great but man, I still don't like skin tight cloth... I hope the lcs just had a horrible display. I think it will look better with good lighting.
