I understand Temporary, but if the Goro pre order is on the 27th i just wasn't sure how it will go smoothly because I didn't see an easy way to do it on the temp site. At least before you can sign in and then it links you to paypal account.. I just would like it to go smooth like the last few 1/3 pre orders

Hey Ash, have you pre ordered from Pop Culture Shock before? Shouldn't be hard to navigate the site really. Just wait till pre Order day, select your payment option and press "Buy Now". You will be redirected to PayPal.com. Sign in, choose your payment method and click "Checkout". You should be set, no need to log in to the site, your PayPal email is all you need. Hope that helps bud.

I ordered plenty from PCS and ordered all the MK 1/3's as well. I was referring to the temporary site. It feels broken obviously because its temporary, but I wanted to know how it will effect Goros pre order because it doesnt look as easy as the site that we used for previous pre orders?

Our policy is that if a statue is delayed over 5 months, you can receive a full refund. At this point today, you can email and request this. If the request was sent last month it did not yet qualify.

I've been asking for months for a refund for Vega. I do not want this statue anymore and it was delayed for well over five months. I've sent you two emails about this and am still awaiting a response. Please advise?

Got the tracking number. But it states picked up since the 9th of February now. Has the package really been picked up? I had the same problem for another statue of PCS some time ago and after a month of waiting I got a new tracking number that worked.
Can you please check, I've sent a mail to your customer support yesterday.

My Hordak had several issues. Imp's wing was broken, the base had black scuffs on it and Hordak's front leg had a nick in his thigh. I hope they respond soon to my email. Waiting a week or longer is ridiculous.
