Funny around me food places like pizza joints and small mom and pop stores are now giving cash discounts. So paying in cash is saving me a few bucks here and there.
As for plastic i only have one CC and One Debit, this way I'm on top of them at all times and min i feel i went to a bad site or possible info can be taken i just call and get a new card. Hell i prob change my cards 2-3 times a year.
But i live by the rule of only using plastic for purchases for shipped items or big items, i never ever use a card at a store cause if don't have the cash i don't purchase.Like at restaurants or places where the person takes your card and walks away with it, i don't ever allow thats why i use cash. Who knows where they people take these cards or let them lay on a counter etc...
