There are a bunch of related stories at that link. It seems like this is a real mess. I guess my Icon, Legacy, and Testament deluxe books are the closest I'm going to get to Frazetta originals unless a miracle happens.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The nature and timing of this story seems suspicious. According to the local paper the art in the museum is estimated at $100 million. The artist is elderly and suffering from strokes. Apparently three of the heirs want to sell the art and one of them does not. If the artist were to pass away after 2010 the IRS would demand about half and the heirs would be forced to sell the art. If the artist were to pass away in 2010 they would owe nothing and get to keep the art.[1] Also Pennsylvania has inheritance tax while Florida has none. It will seem even more suspicious if the artist passes away this year...

WOW, I was suspicious when they sold that Conan painting to Kirk Hammett of Metallica, I am even more suspicious because of the inheritance tax law in Florida, I dont think anyone of them have his interest at heart.
