I'm feeling really lucky both of mine went in with no problem... I still wonder if having the boxes sit outside for several hours in 110+ heat might have fixed the issue... As both boxes were left in my courtyard while I was at work.

As someone who also received both of mine with no issues, you may be onto something... I mean, chances are great that mine sat for a while in the Texas summer heat. Interesting.

How tight were everyones styrofoam that was wedged between the arms ?
Mine was super tight, felt like i was going to break the arms getting it out..

I wish baking The Little Mermaid on a rock in the sun would be the solution to the whole arm-gate problem.
In my case, I went to the UPS store and sign there, since signature was required.

The foam was snug on both of mine but it came out fairly easy...
