Interesting. I didn't realize dedicated white diodes were being used.

EDIT: I just read up on them as I was skeptical, since white LEDs seemed to defy what I thought I knew about them. Namely, that we've only created red, green and blue diodes. Turns out I wasn't wrong, because they are in fact using a blue diode with a yellow phosphor coating, which produces white. Using that diode in addition to the RGB produces a more accurate white than RGB alone.
