Nope, because apparently it wasn't in their official show reel. All these movies have confirmed release dates, the solo Batman is still in limbo in terms of actual production and release.

I don't think so, didn't read anything about her solo film being addressed at the panel. They showed concept art for some of these movies, though not sure if all had title treatment.

New release dates announced for two untitled DC films. One of them is very likely the Batman standalone film.
Oct. 5, 2018
Nov. 1, 2019
Previously announced movies include:
Justice League Part One - November 17, 2017
The Flash - March 16, 2018
Aquaman - July 27, 2018
Shazam - April 5, 2019
Justice League Part Two - June 14, 2019
Cyborg - April 3, 2020
Green Lantern Corps - June 19, 2020
I initially also listed Oct. 6, 2017 as the release date for a DC Film, but it's for an WB Event Film and not a DC one.
Though Fox/Marvel has an Untitled Film scheduled for Oct 6, 2017 as well.
