So doc, what do you recommend for a guy who has had insomnia for about 30 years?
Oh, and can you give me some kind of radiation treatment to give me super strength, or maybe heat vision?
All kidding aside, the things we work with are detrimental over time, unless we get out, get exercise, watch what we eat, and all that stuff. Like anything else we come in contact with, it's either a benefit or a hazard.
With that said, I'll back to drinking my coffee, and eating crayons.
