Hopefully there is a silver lining in this whole situation in which SS uses better material on their capes and/or make more sculpted capes in the future.

Got 056 - everything looks perfect except for the cape bleed. I really hope they can get us replacement capes, as I want to keep this in my collection (I mostly bought Black Canary just to have the set).

Received email from SS as well. Hopefully, their solution will be to re-do the cape. I really like the statue. For the purple they should use the same kind of material that was used for Batgirl's cape.

I don't care what caused the bleed; poor QC, lazy worker, or Trump caused it, I just want the issue fixed and I get a better replacement. This cost me over $700 cdn after conversion and taxes, so I expect no less

Yup, I spoke to soon. Looks like they are coming up with a solution for them. Which is great for all the people who received them this way. They should of never gotten them that way in the first place. I seen some more pics. Before i thought it was just the minor purple bleed on the lining of the cape. Didn't see it spread all over the cape and some got cracked capes to. Yikes...

Hope they do a complete replacement. A 30$ credit means absolutely nothing.

I'm hopeful that they will replace the capes. It's too bad this happened, as this is a home run otherwise. I'll be looking at Sideshow stuff again more going forward after thinking I was pretty much done with them, if they do right by us on this.
