I just got an answer from CM on the case size... 24 x 24 x 34 will give you about an inch on all sides.
Also, they start shipping in Sept/Oct.

The official height is approximately 32, as stated on Cinemaquette's website.
I believe Kevin Peter Hall was 7' 2 1/2". Therefor the Predator would only be a few inches taller due to the additional height caused by the head.

the 24x24 size is a bit of a worry,
I'd got him earmarked to go on a 14" wide shelf
10" overhanging the shelf will look very naff as well as getting banged into everytime I walk by it !
