Well, Diana has the lasso, the bracelets, the tiara, and the Hephestean Sword.

She can also fly, and (this may be the deciding factor) is highly resistant to magic. Aren't most of She-Ra's abilities magic-based?

It's really pretty amazing all the power that Diana has, now that I'm enumerating them.

Well, in terms of flying vs. riding a flying animal, the former seems a lot more dependable to me.

Also, like I said, if Diana's highly resistant to magic, then I'm not sure She-Ra can even hurt her. Meanwhile, Diana has a sword that can cleave atoms.

I don't know--this may just be a fight that's hard to call since we're really talking about cartoons vs. comics--similar, but the rules are different.

Sort of like pitting Dyno-Mutt vs. Krypto. (Totally Krypto.)
