Well, Diana has the lasso, the bracelets, the tiara, and the Hephestean Sword.

She can also fly, and (this may be the deciding factor) is highly resistant to magic. Aren't most of She-Ra's abilities magic-based?

It's really pretty amazing all the power that Diana has, now that I'm enumerating them.
but She-ra's sword could turn into anything she wanted and she could fly as well on her horse swiftwind that would catch her if she fell. Hand to hand combat would be tough

Well, in terms of flying vs. riding a flying animal, the former seems a lot more dependable to me.

Also, like I said, if Diana's highly resistant to magic, then I'm not sure She-Ra can even hurt her. Meanwhile, Diana has a sword that can cleave atoms.

I don't know--this may just be a fight that's hard to call since we're really talking about cartoons vs. comics--similar, but the rules are different.

Sort of like pitting Dyno-Mutt vs. Krypto. (Totally Krypto.)

Wasn't He-Man as strong as Superman?

Wouldn't this at least imply that She-Ra was as strong as WW?

I see them fighting to a stand still, then getting together afterwards for some hot girl on girl action in the whispering woods.

Good point. And if that translates to vulnerability, then Diana's tiara has been shown to be able to cut Kal-El's skin. Ipso facto...

but She-ra is damage-resistant and can't be hurt so does that mean they're equals? lol

Nice one.

Diana - a warrior's heart and a never say die attitude; she's lethal, experienced, and you can count the number of heroes more powerful than her in the DCU on one hand (maybe two hands).
