guitar hero 2 for xbox 360 vs ps2 any differences?

are both these the same or are there differences between the 2. which one is better? thanks.

AFAIK they both have different songs. And different shaped guitars and I think the 360 will have new songs wich you can dload (after paying) via Xbox Live!

The graphics are cleaner on 360 if you have an hd set and you get the white guitar modeled after the gibson xplorer but the main thing is the colors are brighter and you get online multiplayer and leaderboards. Also there are downloads for extra songs but they are kind of pricey, has anyone gotten one yet?
