Thumbs up to MR! They were able to sell out 1000 items in 14 minutes and their servers didn't choke (from what I've heard). Then they turn around and start shipping the same day.
Gentle Giant should take some lessons from them.

I was able to get 2 of them, one to keep, and one to (hopefully) trade for the Luke: ROTJ Elite. If not, the 2nd will go one eBay to fund the purchase of the ROTJ: EE.

That's how collectibles should be done. You place your order and it's ready to go. I hate waiting 6-12 months for products to get released or worse, pushed back even later.

The elites are special in that they really light up with a plasma core and everything! Not like the FX either....the Elites are REAL lightsabers and that's why people pay $1000+ for them.
