I ordered the Super Powers poster from Sideshow and it came dented, the geniuses don't realize that the tubes are too thin and are easily bendable. Now I am waiting for word back from the returns department.

What size matting do you use for your posters?

Beautiful collection Frobay. I love the time, effort and cost that you put into ensuring the frames compliment the posters.
I am torn between your Hellboy and the tan/brown variant of the Sucker Punch poster as to which is my favorite in your post.

That sucks Awesome. I thought the SSC tube was insanely thick and the wife made a comment to the same effect when we opened it. The only damage my tube had was a couple of dents to the metal cap with the Sideshow sticker and ES on it. FedEX had it in one of their triangular boxes to boot.
Alas I would not be surprised if the delivery service went out of their way to damage the product as they are known to do. Hopefully you get a replacement right away.

It really does, I like the poster but I don't want them to send another one because it might happen again.

Ive been ordering for a while and never had one dented, It takes a real effort to bend these tubes, they are real thick. I doubt it could happen twice unless your postman hates you.

I don't know why they aren't using the ones Mondo uses, those are heavy duty, the ones Sideshow is using aren't.

Sideshow doesn't use the same thick tubes that Mondo does for shipping posters.
