I assume the painted one we've seen at shows is the expert painted prototype and not a sample of what the production piece will be? Anyone know? Really curious to know how the paint jobs will be.

Normally what you see is what you get...Prime 1's prototypes are painted by the factory in which these are produced...that's what making P1's production pieces so special in comparison to other collectible companies of which the prototypes are painted by professioinal painters.
Prime 1's production pieces will be very close to the prototypes or in some cases even surpass them.This is ECC quality all around and both companies are playing in a different league than the rest.
