Wata is my favourite Nico Nico dancer and this is one of my favourites of her dances....but they all are energetic and joyful and often hilarious.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etRJdw4CQnQ
This one below she is doing with Yakko and I recommend taking 20 cups of strong coffee before watching. Need to go bananas anyone? You may not make it through but it should wind ya up!! I was giggling hysterically at the end and needed to be put in a padded cell.

Just watched it for the 3rd time and it's growing on me. So funny and lively.

That dancer is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I want to bottle her up and take her home. Who needs coffee anymore. We need more of her videos.
The song reminds me of playing Sonic Adventure 2 back in the 90's, a lot of the songs in that game sounded super fast, but I detect a slight swipe of Every Little Thing's "Grip" - listen to the opening melody in this song and see what I mean.

now compare that with what you hear from Gravity at 8 seconds in.

Kaori is fantastic!! A gorgeous, super cute girl with a beautiful voice singing a great song. Loved it! Thank you very much for the link! Gotta hear more of her.
I see what you mean at the opening melody of Kaori's song. There is a resemblance. I'm hearing the tone similarity but there may be more. The combinations of highs with the beat may be similar too. Other similarities may be too subtle for me to detect. You definitely have the superior ear here JC.
I'm so glad you liked Wata Chan's dancing. I really love it and it seems to be growing on me even more. lol
Here are a few more -
Found it hilarious how she threw Teddy away at 3:33

Keanu Reeves woke up to an unpleasant surprise early Monday morning.
The John Wick actor investigated a sound he heard coming from his library around 5 a.m. and found a woman in her mid-40s sitting in his chair.
According to reports, Reeves calmly approached the woman who said she was there to meet him. Apparently, the 50-year-old actor spoke to her, kept his cool, and then called 911.
Police confirm the Hollywood division responded to the call. Once on the scene, they detained one female and determined she should be placed in a 5150 (involuntary psychiatric) hold. She was taken to a medical facility for further evaluation.
She should have said, "Hello Neo"
Keanu: "Why are you in my chair?"
"It's the question Neo."
Keanu: "Whoa."

That second one was a great one of Wata. The last one was pretty good but not of Wata's quality. I will try to find them elsewhere.
There are a heck of a lot of them. lol
