I'd post the trailer, but I don't think we're allowed youtube links.

Emma. (2020) - In 1800s England, a well meaning but selfish young woman meddles in the love lives of her friends.
I haven't read the book or seen any of the previous adaptations (including Clueless). If you can keep track of all the characters, it's very satisfying--and funny. I also found the pastel palette quite comforting--a great film to watch in bed on a rainy day. 8/10

The Seventh Seal (1957) - A undeniable piece of movie history, often parodied, and ingrained in pop culture to this day. The final scenes gave me goosebumps. Its hard to really say anything about this movie without revealing spoilers so I cant say a lot more, but if you're a fan of cinema and have never seen this movie you are doing yourself an injustice. I can't rate a thought provoking and legendary movie such as this anything less than a 10/10

We watched it in my college "Film Is Art" class.
That class was great because you just watched a ton of hits. Rear Window, the Seventh Seal, Schindler's List come to mind. I'd have to look at the syllabus to remember the others.

wow! that sounds like an amazing class, where was that kinda stuff when I was in College?! Im a firm believer in the medium of film as an art form, some movies just demonstrate that much, much, better than others

I took a class similar at a 2 year community college, Introduction To Film. We watched a few classics as well: A Trip To The Moon, Bonnie & Clyde, and Casablanca, we also watched Black Swan.
Definitely a fun class.

I think it's kind of under-the-radar for most people right now, and may remain that way.
Trailer, if you've not seen it:

I love the ominous tone and atmosphere it appears to have.

Spellbound (1945) - A psychiatrist protects the identity of an amnesia patient accused of murder while attempting to recover his memory.
I liked this more than Hitchcock's Rebecca which I also watched recently--most likely due to being swept up in the star power of Ingrid Bergman. 8/10
