I’m leaning towards not getting him, but if the ex is a better head and the enormous shoulder pads are removable then I would probably PO him. Right now that GG Cable bust is looking really good. That’s how I envision Cable to look like.

I agree. I think it's the massive shoulder pads that gives off the appearance of a smallish portrait.

It will ve great if the shoulder pads are removable but that means there will two visible holes on the shoulder. A smaller custom made shoulder pad could cover the holes though.

He looks good to me. The pads are that size. Head looks the right size as the comics.
