Opinions on Ex Machina?

With DC now reprinting the series in deluxe softcovers for $20 each, I'm considering reading it. My big question is, is the storyline worthwhile? Does the series have a decent conclusion?

I enjoyed the run when when it 1st came out. If you liked Starman,then I'm pretty sure you'll like this.

I did! I'll probably pick up the Starman omnibuses, as well.

I loved the book the whole way through, but I found the ending to be disappointing. It's possible that my expectations were too high after having finished Y the Last Man.

I couldn't get into it - tried maybe 10 issues and just found something lacking. And I loved Starman

Tried the 1st 2 trades.. liked it. Then i had to travel n i never got bk. It was a slow build, not so fast and don't expect a "Y the last man" !
I agree with teh Starman comparison.

BT, Some of the starman Omni's (in HC ) are going for a lot of coin here, if u see one for cheap, buy 'em !
A friend was telling me Dc stopped publishing after vol 2 or 3. not sure if that's right?

They Made 6 HC's ( got 'em ) but i hear they stopped printing the trade post vol 2.

I loved the early stuff but like Y the Last Man I felt the ending made the whole read worthless. So I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
