They are lol, there is also the issue of lower body positioning stemming from xm making a lower half to accommodate for 2 different upper halfs.

When we lean forward our pelvis goes back and vise verse when leaning back in order to maintain center of balance/gravity.

A person would be unable to lean both backward and forward and maintain the same lower body positioning.

Gambit, Rogue and Jean were no brainer replacements for me (although I’m keeping both Gambits). This Cyclops is like Psylocke for me, the new one has some better qualities but I don’t think it’s so much better it’s worth replacing what I already have. I need to see the alternate head and visor options.

Y’all really hate on this statue but with the regular head it’s a decent statue. Better pose, comic accurate costume including the bulky visor it’s supposed to have. I can ignore the seams which in modern times are just dressed up with a bunch of additional lines thrown everywhere else to offset the seams.

I strongly prefer the darker blue from the first PF than this one.

The colors on Green Arrow and Gambit turned out so beautifully. They had a chance to do something like this for Cyclops. At least remove those yellow briefs and try to add a modern touch to this costume.

I really like XM's Approach to the suit but man, remove those briefs.

Random Thoughts...

1. I don’t particularly care for light up but I guess the new one has no light up for its interchangeable visors?

2. Is the other visor silver like his modern visors? That’s what he wore with this costume in the last volume of UXM. Or will it be a sideshow-fied stylized version since the one we’re seeing is a classic style?

3. Or maybe they’ll do one with the smoke effect which has never made sense since his powers DON’T GIVE OFF HEAT but people seem to miss that memo.

4. Jean and Cyclops having matching bases is a plus but also makes no sense in the larger scheme of the series unless the snow on their bases comes from Iceman or Storm (or both) IM PRAYING THATS THE CASE!!!
