The theme song was pretty cool though...

Thanks. I'd actually love to take another crack at her. This was sculpted about 8 years ago, so I'd like to get the chance to improve on it.

A premium format would actually be perfect on this with a sound chip and a spinning head. Damn that would be some sicko stuff.

What sound would you give it?
Or, would you prefer Regan say something instead?

Quotes from the film. There's so many, and actually the ones where the demon is just talking are scarier than the screaming ones.

That would be really cool! Add an alarm feature, the head spins around and says lines from the film

D'oh! William had this idea already...

Mental defectives think alike.

Hey Kirk- there's some stuff of mine you were looking for which I haven't forgotten about. There has been some recent deals done that will bring stuff back into production. If you be patient, I'll make announcements here at the right time.

I saw Salem's lot on TV back in the late 70s (1979?) when I was about 11 years old. I remember being quite spooked! I always wondered if it would hold up as well over time. I've been wanting to see it again...

There was a remake in the 2004 and a "return to Salem's lot" in 1987. Were either of these any good?

P.S. I've seen a few horror films from the 70s lately. Sadly, threy've lost so much of their punch... I was hoping Salem's Lot kept its mojo.

Return to Salem's Lot is nothing like the original. It's weird, very offbeat. It was directed by Larry Cohen (IT'S ALIVE, THE STUFF, GOD TOLD ME TO, Q- THE WINGED SERPENT, etc.) If you are a Larry Cohen fan(like me), you'll like it. But it's far from everyone's taste. I love it, but I'm not exactly known for good taste.

Stars Michael Moriarity, and he is always great and offbeat.

I preferred the book..I found it much more frightening...maybe it was having David Soul in the TV movie lead...

Hey Wm...have you read "Heart Shaped Box"?
