Cuhan, you bring up an interesting point but I have to disagree w/ this statement whole hardly here's why.
For the sake of this discussion I will use Parkers belt line as my point of reference, simply because this should have been a very easy area for the painters.

Mind you this is a quater scale piece so the black lines should have been perfect. Not to mention no excuse for smudging of any type.

Sideshow, Pop Culture Shock, Bowen & Koto all have their share of poor quality control when it comes to paint and Cuhan is right there really is no excuse for poor paint application when we are purchasing "high end" collectibles.
