Especially in the face area, i doubt SSC will be able to make a better Joker than EB. If we take as an example the Superman Man of Steel Statue which had a poor face resemblance.

Sometimes Sideshow doesn't have the best timing. It might not have been their initial idea, maybe DC wants to see what they are capable of with the movie line? Who knows. I have to agree though, there is no way they are going to top what HT and EB have come out with.

As far as the comic book versions are concerned SSC does an outstanding job. On the other hand, the human face resemblances and specifically those based on Super Hero movies is another story. Maybe its due to the polystone materials used to sculpt a statue and they can't capture the likeness. The same goes for the DC Collectibles, the majority of statues based on movies is below par

My jaws will drop if the SSC Joker is an improved version
