For some reason pcs don't put the code on the invoice anymore but original sculptures comes under the code 9703. Trust me you'll be fine. Just email them and explain.
This is down as the 9503 code and described as "Toys" though?

Can i still contest?

If it was the 9703 code and was described as an original sculpture i'd try....

Yes but that's the FedEx invoice right? Look at the Pcs invoice that usually comes stuck to the box. It should say original sculptures on it..

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Just to update, i got charged the full 20% on both Quan Chi and my Nash but as advised i e-mailed Fedex.

I emailed about Quan Chi on the 22nd of August and got a reply the 28th of September and they reduced my fees from £70.64 to £26.66.

And Nash i e-mailed them on September 18th and i got a reply 27th of October and they reduced my fee from £64.51 to £25.13.

So i would encourage anyone in the UK who has had higher charges just to send them and e-mail and wait it out, they didn't even question me, they just made the adjustments.
