Apparently, Prime 1 made this statue for SS according to SS. I think it's hogwash as well. Why isn't the Venom and Antivenom mentioned as SS statue made by Prime 1 as well? They were revealed and shown at the same time.

Venom and Anti-Venom all said Sideshow on their product page. Alex confirmed that Prime 1 designed and is overseeing production of these pieces under Sideshow's license.

i dont care if its designated as a "collab" piece or not, if it means i get a 1/4 scale prime1 marvel statue they can call it whatever the hell they want

I'm sure Prime 1 has got to be running on all cylinders with what they have on their plate. We can expect more delays and cuts to edition sizes for other statues (not for this guy though)...
