The SS version is absolutely an iconic classic spidey pose. the base is secondary. But some of these larger bases from XM and IS can be hit or miss... This one IMO is a miss...

So Marvel's #1 character, a guaranteed sell out at XM's max ES, and the centerpiece of the entire line up villains they've been releasing for years ends up being a convention exclusive?
Granted as a US customer I suppose I shouldn't have the XM statues I do have since they're not for my market. But geez why is this a convention exclusive? No traditional XM Spidey at retail cost for most then. Oh well.

You don't think this is the only Spidey XM is doing do you?  There are bound to be others as long as the license gets renewed. There are still tons of characters XM hasn't touched yet.
I wonder where Iron Spiderman has gone? Surely he is lurking around some corner or rooftop maybe.

I wasn't going to say anything because I have never said anything against xm I'm a fanboy through and through ..but xm sells the whole spidey line through retail and the whole reason the A1 character that leads the line is a con exclusive that's the dumbest most disrespectful thing I've seen toward everyone who has invested heavily in this line it's just bottom line bull
