That's a perfect Reeve, I've seen a lot of decent ones but he always has a goofy expression. This one is perfect.

Considering it is very difficult to capture a convincing likeness of Reeve, this looks outstanding, the best I have seen. Looking forward to the final result.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Looking very good bobby

critiques - the reference shot your using seems to have a fuller face (width wise), the lips look a tad too pouty and also (though i'm not 100% on this one) the nose looks very slightly too long?

(all imo of course!)

Hi Bobby, this is a phenomenal sculpt.
I am drawn to one small thing though. On Reeve's left eye in your reference there is a flat spot in the eye lid above the iris. The eye lid on your sculpt seems more consistently curved in this spot unless I am losing the detail in the shadow. Also, I believe Reeve's left eye should be ever so slightly higher than his right. His face is close to but not completely symmetrical. Small things but worth pointing out. I am sure this will become the definitive Reeve.

wow Glad you spotted that, I was torn on it, the eye is actually lower, but I had company over and they said the was lower (on my sculpt on his left) and I told them his face is not symmetrical this is what makes the sculpt so difficult, although i feel I will hit a home run once completed.
you really have to know Reeve to pick up all the unique quality he has.

on another note it is not like a shannon Dorty's (?)
eyes
basically I just pick on front shot and go with it, then try to find side shots from the same part of the movie.
he almost looks like 2 different people sometimes.
