Maybe not. Things burn at the ManThing's touch because he hates the emotion of fear.

Doctor Doom for avarice is perfect. A track record of stealing cosmic powers and Asgardian strength, "stealing" the throne of Latveria. That's all him...

Will power is absolutely, definitely Gladiator, Majestor of the Shi'ar. He is all about will power. His own power is also fueled by his will power. He would be the best GL in the Marvel Universe, and the DC Universe too...

My first thought was Doom also but I looked up the definition of averice: "insatiable greed for riches; inordinate, miserly desire to gain and hoard wealth." Doom is never about the wealth but more the power and control. Only person I could think of that is just about the wealth was the Hood since he was basically just a street thug that was given some big time powers.

I thought of Sue Storm but the reason that I didn't choose her was that she has a potential dark side called malice that can negate any love she may have.

You would think that Gladiator would be the perfect choice for will power but sadly that writers don't see it that way and they often punk him him as a lack of will power.

my choices are going to be picked by what i think would make the most interesting story. i'm also not going with thanos, silver surfer, eternity because is a ring really going to change them? with one exception

Life = Galactus or Vision. Galactus what does he want more then to be done with the hunger which would result in life.

Fear = tony stark/speedball or magneto. we've had almost 50 years of fear in the mutant books so when a human thinks mutant who better than maneto. or go with tony stark via civil war time.

Willpower = Namor or dr. strange,

Love = Wolverine. when i think of wolverine i think of that panel in issue #75 where Jean is about to fall out of the black bird but at the last second logan grabs her after having all the metal ripped from him. if it wasn't love that made him move i'd like to know what did.

Hope = xavier or deadpool

Compassion = Ben Grim, how many times have we seen Ben sacrifice what he wanted for someone else?

Rage = quicksilver, Doom. at his core everything is fueled by anger/rage with doom. what happened to his mom, his country, his gypsies, reed and his face. granted alot are misguided but it's still rage.

Avarice = Red Skull, kraven the hunter, howard the duck

Death = Punisher, scourge
