i have bonnie paint everything..... oh, he already does?.... lol j/k
the art direction is their biggest problem, specially the paints department, there have been some great sculpts that were ruined by their poorly done paint.
what to produce is another issue, come up with a line, set up a scale and run with it.
get in touch with their people visit forums like this one, see what the buyers are looking for don't have to post but it could help sometimes, alot of people went the bd way cause there was nothing else atleast of that quality, if they can match or exceed that quality i sure a great number of people would be more then happy to make the switch.

1. Fire and Replace the ENTIRE Quality Control Dept....too much crap coming out.
2. Create lines with established scales.
3. I would def go with two Comic lines....Classic & Modern...Just produce great sculpts with great paint from BOTH eras.

Easy-First thing is get rid of the paint they use. That alone would be a huuuuge improvement.

Get ARH,NBS,Byron,Eydlehands,Cleary to do sculpts.
and get Saul,Ricktmd,Danno as our painters.

I agree with the concensus about the paint apps problems. I don't know why but some of their paint apps are really good (like the Milestones Hulk) and others just blow (like the Milestones Iron Man).
