Grading question
Does anyone have a link for comic grading? WHat would the highest grade for a book with a smaller stain on the cover?

It depends on the condition of the rest of the book. No reason it couldn't be a VF/NM so long as the rest of the book is in good shape (and the stain isn't too large).

Is this a water stain?
I've seen really nice looking books downgraded to a VG due to even minor water stains. Also, how small is "small"? A buyer's small tends to be bigger than a seller's small.

if selling it you can always describe it as "excellent" condition. No one knows what that means.
