The never ending shipping delays was the final nail.
Then there is the issue of weak magnets.
I was never 100% sold on the cape.
I was never 100% sold on the star-jump pose, and over time lost interest in the portrait.
Great looking base though!
I am sure another Storm to surface in the future.

I am still tempted by a Storm from Sideshow's past, which features a great portrait. That piece is wearing a black outfit.

I have that statue. It's a total Mark Newman piece, none of this swapping sculptors for the portrait.

This looked good. Nice juicy body sculpt. Got some good proportions going on. Lightning effect gimmicky and not needed in the base but cool.

Oh for sure, the statue is great. It’s the pesky cape.

I turned on the light-up on mine just to see how it looked. It’s nice, but I’m not keeping a cord or power source attached. Credit to SS for adding it at no charge, I’m sure many will enjoy it.

I think it looks cool although I’m glad what we got is a comic accurate color.
