Pearl-8.5 out of 10

I wanted to watch both X and Pearl in the same weekend, but I can’t find where X is streaming however I found Pearl to be a little more psychological than slasher which was kind of a nice surprise

Insidious: The Red door 7/10

It started off intriguing, but the story had a hard time keeping it's foot throughout. Decent jump scares, but just a average horror flick. I hope they stop with this franchise.

Furiosa - 8/10
Chris Hemsworth was fabulous. I have completely changed my opinions of his acting abilities with this film.

Speak No Evil (2024) - 8/10. James McAvoy was brilliant in this role. Slow burn thriller, but very well done.

Long Legs - What a boring, pretentious pos. Every year we get one. Rating purely for Nic Cages performance.3/10

The Wild Robot
One of the best movies to ever come from DreamWorks. Every layer of this film is superb.

Papillon: 9/10

My yearly watching of Papillon. Sill sad at the end. I like to use movie quotes a lot in my classes. Haven't found an appropriate use of "I'm still here you bastards!"
