Glad to hear Spielberg is returning to his roots with sci-fi.

Hopefully it's the film that TRON Legacy aspired to be, but failed miserably.

IMDB lists Olivia Cooke (who am not familiar with) as the only identified cast as Art3mis. I just recently finished the audiobook (read by Will Wheaton who did a great job) and I pictured Ariel Winter from Modern Family as the nerdy, cute and curvaceous Art3mis. The book clearly describes her avatar as Rubenesque and I hoping that this was an opportunity for Hollywood to cast talent other than the stereotypical stick figure.

I hope with Spielberg directing, that it would compel all of the intellectual property owners of all the licensed items mention in the book to allow their IP to be used (for cheap or free). All it will do is renew interest in a lot of old stuff and will ultimately mean money for these IP owners..

If I wanted to watch a videogame, I'd just play one.
