How's Star Wars Legacy?

I've been meaning to check this series out for awhile now but haven't yet. Anyone have an opinion on it? or any other suggestions for good SW reads be it comics or novels? The only two novels I've read is Legacy of the force: betrayal and Dark Lord: Rise of Vader. i didn't finish betrayal but that was due to not being in a SW mood. Dark Lord was ok but I was expecting more.

Legacy is my favorite of the Star Wars comics. Solid story with great artwork! It's also a finite series, unless they plan to do more after the last mini.

Legacy was one of the best Star Wars comics series ever released, but it got a little too all over the place in the storytelling.

It didn't help that my overall disenchantment with the expanded universe, and Star Wars as an entity soured me on the series and made me eventually walk away.

If you still love Star Wars, it is really worth picking it up.

I've just about forgotten the prequels. Someday, I'll check out Legacy. I glanced at the #0 issue a while back and the designs were cool. Jan Duursema artwork is pretty good too.
