youre not wrong, they arent accurate to any comic interpretation but neither is the rest of the costume - just inspired by the astonishing costume. they obviously took some artistic liberties, the gloves just look like standard work / military gloves in blue. something different and it works
i wouldnt mind the black on the gloves if it was just the straps, i dont like how it basically covers the entire back of the hand and forearm - again just too busy imo. i get what youre saying with the boots and mask but the other areas of his suit that are brown have no black and look better for it

Saw some pictures in FB having SS wolverine PF and Logan together with XM brown wolverine. While the XM wolverine looks good... the SS one is on another league... portraits, sculpt and pose wise.

Couldn't disagree more. Leans, way undersized sentinel hand, murky paint on portraits.....XM smokes it. Not close.

Agreed, not sure how it's even close. SS is solid, but the XM is spectacular.

One thing is for sure.. it’s hands down the best brown costumed Wolverine to date and for a lot of us, that’s all that matters.
