At this moment it's a pass. From what I just read I don't think they're going to do anything to make me love this piece so I'm moving on.

Super shiny chrome claws don't really work for me. Same reason I don't get why some owners of XM Cable have customized his cybernetic arm to be sparkling clean and super shiny. I don't see either character as being terribly concerned with how their claws or arm look. They're more interested in functionality and performance.

Hey. I have it on good authority that Logan gives his claws a thorough cleaning every other Thursday.

Similar to a diamond I’d assume Adamantium can’t be blemished aside from other Adamantium. It’s a rare metal that should look the part but chrome for me is too much. I sent out my SS Wolverine claws to be customized to something more suitable possible polished satin look. It’s all preference I guess

I can accept that they can't be damaged, but even diamonds get dirty. I just don't see Logan spending a lot of time polishing the adamantium.

I cannot wait for this piece to come out.

After seeing it in person, the pictures don't do it justice. It is, by far, the best Wolverine EVER. Period.

Makes the latest SS Wolverine look like a cheap toy. I didn't realize how cheap the yellow suit, with its waffley texture and muted color, actually looks once you have seen this in person. And yes, I saw the SS in person too.

It's funny, it made me realize I collect statues and not toys...so I guess thank you XM for bringing me back on the right track

I just don't get why they didn't use the same metal on the claws as their first Wolverine. It's less shiny and seems perfect in photos.

It kinda distracts you from the sculpt . I posted little blurb about the claws in SS Wolverine thread I’ll post it here. It describes the look of the metal and colour. Imo a brushed satin look would be sufficient but it’s really all taste and ones imagination on what they want to see in their collections :
