Have you all seen these new Penguin Classics' Marvel books that are just out? They look pretty damn cool in that classic, old-school 60's hdbk kinda way. Tempting -

You might consider getting the new Marvel Comics Library books by Taschen instead. Only two (large!) volumes have been released so far, The Amazing Spider-Man late last year, which I own and love, and The Avengers just recently, with the Fantastic Four to follow.

I'm actually kind of starting to freak-out about my Omnibus collection. I've maxed out my omni/trades bookshelf with now 40 giant omnibus. I have zero more room. I really don't want to start another shelf, which I'd have to begin in another part of the house. My office is maxed with statues, my workroom stores 40+ long boxes of decades of comic collecting, my living room shelf is stuffed with Horror Trades & Marvel Omnibus. My den shelf holds my Sword & Sorcery paperback collection, my novels & art books. My bedroom contains overflow paperback trades & an enormous wooden box of 70's B&W Curtis/Warren/Skywald/etc...Magazines. I even have those 2 enormous Taschen 75th Anniversary Marvel & DC books which are freakishly huge.

I still have some room, but i sure as hell will end up like you eventually. I already have probably more than 40 Omnibuses of DC and Marvel and many OHCs, HCs and Trades. I also have some boxes full of floppies from 5 years of floppy collecting of overall 20 years of collecting so far... 60 + statues and busts from 1/10 to 1/3 scale. Probably 300 + Action Figures... And i keep on getting more and more...

Wow now that is what this hobby is about.
Been dreaming of that much free time since High School and still haven't made the promised land yet.
Buying all this stuff is the easy part... and not even that easy!
