We go to print next week with Lady Lazarus. Our prints will stand different as I'm adding more metallics and its a 24x36 signed by Alex.

The 18x24 circulating by Tim are stamped scratch and dent and are worthless in my opinion. Our group will have the real deal.

Tim did not get his hands on the Dark Guardians.

That's clear breach of contract with some IP infringement and possibly criminal theft. Has consideration been given to sue him?

I noticed this the other day on one of the FB groups but didn't bring it up here because I wasn't sure if Fro & HB wanted to discuss it yet. Smelled fishy but i didn't know if he was within his rights to do this...obviously it seems he is not. Total scumbag IMO.

I'll be reporting all the ebay auctions, as well. The ebay prices are truly hilarious, nobody is going to pay 1/4 of what they are asking for that hack job.

I will email you tomorrow. You should read the emails I have from him. He agrees to refund and cut the prints down and use as test prints.


Test prints means there should have been ink on top of the avengers from testing inks for other prints. He didn't do this.

Alex tells me he did not okay this and frankly the verbal and email (contract) with Tim is clear that the group of commissioners are the purchasers. No one had the right to okay this as we purchased the art and we the commissioners were paying for the printing.

These prints were center cut with the intention of ripping the group off. All the above is my opinion and belief.

I've been told by another art gallery owner that there is more going on than I know ( he has 1st hand knowledge), I'm not sure what that means but he will not divulge the info he has.....the truth will come out eventually!!!
