I got her! Fits like a glove in my collection. I really wanted the first one but no regrets getting her.

A great alternative you don’t have the exclusive... the Chaos Comics’ Lady Death’s collection. The real exclusive shows the Darkness sword while I am using the Apocalypse sword. The Apocalypse sword is the one used on the first and older LD statue.

I love that I can display her other swords... I just miss the Darkness Sword and I am all great with this awesome statue.
Nightmare’s gold matches LD’s gold decor on her boots.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I just made a great deal and found a seller who had a very low number of this statue for a very cheap price (new and unopened, even). So, I got it in today, and I'm now having a problem inserting the scythe into the base. The statue is tight when I key the body to it. But I do get her flush with the molding for a butt. Yet, when I drop the scythe handle down through her hands and hair, the key for the end of that is a good 3/4" off.
By any chance did anyone go through a similar problem like this and found a work around for it? I don't think I'm keying the body in at a bad angle, and I'm maybe thinking it's the hands that could be offset? I just don't know.
Thanks

Mine was like this too. This solution was explained to me by their tech support. Slide the scythe pole through her hair/hand, then add the finneal. While firmly holding the top of the scythe with one hand (don't let her hair or fingers to the work here), slowly bend the pole/bottom tip of the pole towards the hole in the base, as you lower it all the way. What ends up happening is, with the pole base in place, the rest of the pole has a very slight bend/tension to it, held in place with her hair/hand. This helps keep the scythe facing forward once all set up.
Unfortunately, after a few years, things shift, and while it becomes easier to insert the scythe, the scythe itself forever wants to rotate backwards. I eventually just put a big glob of earthquake putty on the base to keep the scythe facing forward.
Even with this questionable long term engineering, I love this piece so much. Never leaving my collection.

Ooof, I'm real afraid to try that, lol.
I've been working every way I could to try and figure out how this can work, and I finally resolved myself to asking Vince-Vell to break the hand and get it working for me, lol. But I guess if I'm gonna pay extra to have him break it anyways, I might as well try your instructions first =)
Thanks
