Honestly, while the status is stunning, my favorite part of this weeks SSLive was the Turner artwork and the stories behind some of them. It's a great thing that all of Soulfire 1 is maintained together. And those last two covers, especially the one with Mal under the dragon, choked me up a little.

Also makes me wish that Grace's face matched Turner's art more. Aspen is a closer resemblance to it IMO.

I'm still hoping that happens. They are there going through Turner's art with that statue right in front of them and I'm just wishing someone would go "hey! Maybe instead of Sideshowing it just to Sideshow it we should also honor Turner's art with this statue!"

The Aspen Grace statue is thrown under the bus a little bit in that video, but it is an almost dead-on 3D representation of Turner's art (I can't believe I sold my Aspen Turner statues, although I'd be shocked if Kiani would still be standing). This one definitely has much more going on and is good, but why not just make some effort to make it look like Turner's art? Maybe by the time it hits production, it will. I hope.

Yes i like the piece. The more i study all the paint app colours in action, the more i wonder - will the factory be able to replicate them?

I decided (once again) not to pre order, and wait for in hand images to show up.

If you put it in your cart, then hover over the back button, the code should appear. For some, this works better if you're using Chrome.
