If you wish to order any or all of Gentle Giant's 2006 Summer Convention
exclusives, please note:
1. Sales for exclusive items will begin being processed the week of
August 21 and shipped out by the week of August 28.
2. If your pertinent information (billing address, shipping address,
credit card number, etc.) will remain the same as the transaction you placed
for the Blackhole Stormtrooper, we will only require the following
information from you:
a. 1st 12 digits of your credit card number (please do NOT send the
entire number via email, for security purposes).
b. CVV code from your credit card
3. If you wish to change any of your pertinent information not related
to your credit card, please email that information to us.
4. If you wish to change any information related to your credit card,
please send the best phone number where you can be reached Monday through
Friday (9am-5pm PDT), so that our Customer Service department can contact
you to acquire that information. Please note: individuals whose information
needs to change will not be contacted until the week of August 28 in an
effort to ship out as many items as quickly as possible.
Please email your choices at you earliest convenience so we can have your
product ready to ship by the week of August 28th.
