No apologies needed.
Depends on the set and the company. For Marvel Masterpieces, I was able to draw any characters from the Marvel Universe with the following exceptions. No zombie versions, no suggestive or inappropriate poses and no characters smoking. All my cards have to be submitted and approved by Marvel before I can publically show them.
