Do You Trust Any Ebay Sellers for Buying a Canon Lens?

I want to use the live.com $200 discount to get a Canon lens. It can't be from a store & has to be Buy It Now to qualify.

Thoughts?

I suppose do the same thing you always do, check out past sales and feedback. it's about the only thing you can go on.

I think the 24-70mm (the brick). I keep asking here & at the Canon forums for folks to post pics with taken with it & an XSi, but I'm not getting much of a response. I'm a little worried as I've read some of these lenses are bad.
