I'd say odds are its a 1:4 scale piece given how big it looks and the fact we've never seen anything smaller than that displayed on that GG's trademark "film reel" style base they use at the SDCC.

Madxcollector posted a video on his youtube channel of the piece. He stated on the intro credits that it is 1/4 scale. Looking at it and to the background, it definitely looks like it. Here is the link:
