Apology accepted, thanks. I hope you understand that when you say "your predicament" the "your" refers to all the other people on this forum who've expressed the same point of view, the 40s and older (in my case, older), as you put it, and not just me.

The incursions story had to last this long so the big Secret Wars finale could compete directly with DC's Convergence titles, hah.

I don't feel that the current "Time Runs Out" story is running on too long, but the two books were definitely dragging last year leading up to it. I'm glad Hickman did that eight-month time jump instead of continuing along at the same pace.
