Like you, I hold Smith's run on the X-Men right up there with Cockrum and Byrne. Some of my favorite books ever. Those made me go back and revisit those early Marvel Fanfares and to check out his work on Dr. Strange.

Thanks for taking this on Gerry. I've never understood why folks don't make a bigger deal out of his work.

I just commented on your "Professor Xavier is a jerk!" post... brings back great memories!
