I believe they will have a light up feature for the arc reactor... that said I think I would prefer if they just used some sort of bright white/bluish paint instead to give the illusion of it being lit up... otherwise you have to turn on the switch every time you want to look at your statue.
That said this piece is freaking amazing, both poses are cool but I'm leaning towards the second one where the base is standing up and he's flying above it..
The amount of detail on this statue is awesome...

Still looks great but just personal preference.
Wish they could do the a switch out head light up eyes! That would be too good.

I think the bright red is more inline with the movies, as Stark has always used sports car red on his armor. Both ways look cool, but I think I prefer the bright red as it makes the statue pop more... the burgundy tones it down to much IMO.

Awesome. Looks like the Hot Toys version in statue form. Nice paint app too. Keep up the great work.

Word from the design team at XM regarding light up features is,
"Until we find a way to make light features maintainable (changing batteries, bulbs, repairing wirings, etc) we will not have light features. We understand that there're many requests for them especially in our Iron Man line. But most, if not all, of the current light up features relatively give way after some time. If we do have a light feature, we want our customers to rest assured that it will be able to last a lifetime with little maintenance."

An Iron Man without a light up feature is like Kate Upton without the breast.
