I think if you don't mind the face, the weird connection between the bird and base, and that it's the bird from skyward sword then yes it seems totally worth it.

It's a great statue. Definitely a must if you have Link on Epona. It's a great piece but I can see some people would want to save their money for a stand alone Link and other statues from Skyward Sword.

Just unboxed mine! It's super huge and fantastic! The paints are so well done, i love the pearl essence on the bird espeicially.

Also it does tilt! The connector between the bird and base is a ball joint so you can lean him whichever way you want!

He actually didn't fit where i wanted him but thanks to the ball joint i could tilt him left so the right wing would be slightly lower and i squeezed him in!

Absolutely fantastic piece! Not had such a large piece from F4F before and their quality still shines through!

I was actually a little surprised with the amount of hate Link's face got for this piece. Some folks just don't want him to smile. He's flying! He better be smiling. His smile isn't as big in the official art work for the game but Link does smile while riding the Loftwing and I'm pretty sure he has nice grin on his face when he flies with Zelda.

Or maybe to others he looks off model but I don't think so at all. I purchased Link on Loftwing for $399 and don't regret it one bit because he looks like Link should to me. Not to mention how big and grand it is there was no way I was going avoid it. And I'm the type of guy who is a huge Zelda fan but refuse to buy Ocarina of Time Link, Or Zelda because I think there faces are way off compared to the official art work. They aren't bad pieces but they just don't look right to me. Same with Shiek, something was just off with that piece and I just gave it away to a friend.
